Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if a written request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, clients must have successfully completed all courses included in their package and find that our coaching services are not suitable for their needs.
Refund Process

Clearly state the reasons for your dissatisfaction.Our team will review your request and may request additional details, including proof of course completion. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
Terms
Refunds are applicable solely to clients who have actively participated in and successfully completed all courses within the stipulated timeframe.
Refunds will not be granted for partial course completion or dissatisfaction without proper justification.
Wellness Eutopia reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.
